Step 1: Take an average saucepan. Put it on flames. Then mix together milk, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, white wine, and cream cheese in this saucepan over medium heat. Cook thoroughly and keep stirring frequently until melted, about 10 minutes. The most important part that you should remember is you should keep stirring the mixture frequently or else it will burn at the bottom.
Step 2: Also add now spinach, green onions, dry and crushed mustard, cayenne pepper, crushed black pepper and garlic powder. Cook until all ingredients get mixed well, about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Place mixture to a double boiler or fondue pot to keep warm while serving.
