Creamy Vegetable Medley Ingredients

  • 1 Package (16 ounces) - Frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend
  • 1 Can (10-3 ounces) – Condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Cup (4 ounces) – Shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 Cup- Sour cream
  • 1 Jar (2 ounces) – Pimientos (diced and drained)
  • ¼ tsp- Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Can- French-fried onions

Preparation Method for Creamy Vegetable Medley Recipe

Preparing Creamy Vegetable Medley is quite easy. First take a large bowl and mix all the vegetables along with ½ cup cheese, soup, pimientos, sour cream, pepper salt and half onion. Mix all these well and keep it aside.

Now take a baking dish and grease it with butter. Once done, pour the mixture in it. Cover the dish and bake it at 350°for about 35-40 minutes. Keep checking if the edges have become brown. Your Creamy Vegetable Medley is ready and now you can garnish it with remaining onions and cheese. Now, bake it for about 5-6 minutes till the cheese melts. Serve hot
