(H30) Chorioretinal Inflammation

About Chorioretinal Inflammation:

Choroid is an extremely vascular layer of the eye which lies between the sclera and the retina. Choroid mainly nourishes the outer layers of the retina and also develops retinal heat to assist in the control of intraocular pressure. Chorioretinitis, on the other hand, is a provocative and an exudative condition of the choroid and the retina. The vitreous involvement in the both parts may lead to the ocular manifestation of severe systemic disease.
