Preparation Method for Breakfast Burritos Recipe

One can start with heating a can (16 ounces) of maple cured or smoked beans in a small saucepan. Simultaneously, one has to beat 6 large eggs in a bowl and sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste. 

To cook the eggs one has to melt the butter in a non stick skillet. The eggs should be cooked on medium heat because the 6 strips of crumbled bacon and 1/3 cup of neatly chopped green onions as it has to be added to these eggs. 

The only thing that is needed to be done now is dividing the eggs in to six parts and put each part on a tortilla. One can top the eggs with one fourth cup of the beans and a tablespoon of cheddar cheese. 

Some people prefer a lot of cheese in their burritos, while others prefer to add more green veggies like lettuce or a salad in their burritos. The list of ingredients can be tweaked to accommodate these preferences. 


The accompaniments to these burritos can be a nice salsa sauce along with coleslaw or a salad made with all the veggies with a dressing of olive oil or vinegar.
