Apply butter to lightly oil a medium-sized baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large dish blend together 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 3/4 cup of crushed nuts. For this recipe, you can also use peanuts, walnuts, cashews, macadamia nuts or any other nut that is your favorite. After mixing all the components together, keep this bowl aside.
Take another bowl and mash two average-sized bananas. Also incorporate two slightly beaten eggs, 3/4 of a cup of mayonnaise and 1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Fuse these ingredients together prior to stirring them into the large bowl of flour mixture. Ensure sure everything is blend together well.
Now spread evenly the banana mixture into the lightly oiled baking pan and put into the oven for almost half an hour or until you can poke a fork into the banana and it comes out clean. Allow the dish to cool and then serve.
