Baked Vegetable Macaroni Ingredients

• Vegetable or chicken stock
• Vegetables:  2 cups of cauliflower, potatoes, peas, carrots, beans diced and boiled.
• Cooked macaroni: 3 cups
• Butter: 4 tbsp
• Cream or thick milk: ½ cup
• Pepper: ½ tsp
• Grated cheese: 8 tsp
• Tomato sauce: 2 tbsp
• Salt: as per taste

Preparation Method for Baked Vegetable Macaroni Recipe

• Warm soup, add salt pepper and the thick milk to it and divide into two batches.
• Mix one batch to the boiled vegetables with half the cheese and the other batch to the boiled macaroni with the remaining half of the cheese.
• In a baking dish place macaroni in the middle surrounded by the vegetables and spread tomato sauce on top.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 20- 25 minutes.
•  Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve hot.
