Take a large utensil and fill it with water. Keep it for boiling on high flame. Cut asparagus into 3 inch pieces from the tip. They have to be cut diagonally into thin sliced. In a cooking pan add some butter and when it is hot add the sliced asparagus. Sauté it for about 2-3 minutes.
Now in another small pan, add the cream and heat it on high flame so that the cream becomes thick. Boil it till you get the desired thickness. Now add the pasta coils in the boiling water.
