Meatballs in Cranberry Sauce Preparation Method

Mix the entire ingredient for the meat balls in a bowl until all the ingredients blend well. Shape it into small balls of equal diameter; you can make up to 5 dozen meat balls with this. Line the meat balls in a baking tray and heat at 300o for about ten minutes.

Mean while start preparing your sauce; mix the cranberry sauce or jelly, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice in a sauce pan and cook it over medium flame, stirring occasionally. Cook until the flavors blend in and you get the required texture for your sauce.

Pour the sauce over the heated meat balls and bake uncovered at 350o for 30 to 45 minutes.

You can remove the meat balls from the pan and transfer it into a slow cooker or crock pot to keep it warm while serving.
