Healthy Brown Rice Pudding Ingredients

  • Skim milk: 2 ½ cups
  • Brown Sugar: ¼ cup
  • Cinnamon powder: ¼ tsp
  • Long grain brown rice: 1 cup
  • Pineapple: ½ can, diced

Healthy Brown Rice Pudding Preparation Method

  • Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes
  • In a saucepan combine milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
  • Bring to a boil and stir in soaked rice.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes till rice is cooked and all the milk is absorbed.
  • Serve with pineapple topping.
