- Skim milk: 2 ½ cups
- Brown Sugar: ¼ cup
- Cinnamon powder: ¼ tsp
- Long grain brown rice: 1 cup
- Pineapple: ½ can, diced
Healthy Brown Rice Pudding Preparation Method
- Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes
- In a saucepan combine milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
- Bring to a boil and stir in soaked rice.
- Simmer for 30 minutes till rice is cooked and all the milk is absorbed.
- Serve with pineapple topping.
