  • 1 pound- Broccoli
  • 1- Potato (small sized)
  • 2- Tomatoes 
  • 2- Spring onions (greens)
  • 1- white onion (big sized)
  • 4- Green chilies
  • 1 tbsp- Olive oil Salt to taste

Green recipes for spring like broccoli soup is very easy to prepare. This dish is healthy for everyone, including pregnant women. It is a vegetarian dish and is egg-free, shellfish-free, nut-free and gluten-free.

 

To start with, in a large utensil wash the broccoli well. In a pressure cooker add some olive oil and heat it on medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add white onions and fry for a minute. After that, add potato, tomato, broccoli, green spring onions and green chilies. Stir fry for some time and then add salt and two glasses of water. 

Two whistles are enough for it to cook. Leave the cooker for ten minutes as it is and then open it. Once it cools, grind the vegetables in the grinder and then drain it with the help of a drainer.
