Fresh Fruit and Nut Coleslaw Ingredients

  • 1 Cup- Celery (sliced)
  • 11 oz- Oranges (peeled)
  • ¼ Cup- Raisins
  • ½ Cup- Walnut (chopped)
  • 8 oz- Orange flavored yogurt
  • 1 Banana- (peeled and sliced)
  • 8 oz- Pineapple (sliced)
  • 3 Cups- Cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp- Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Fresh Fruit and Nut Coleslaw Preparation Method

First, you can finely slice the pineapple and keep them in a large bowl. Now take another small bowl and add lemon and pineapple juice. Add the sliced banana and toss it in it. Mix rest of the chopped fruits from the small bowl to the large bowl containing the sliced pineapple. Mix walnuts, celery, oranges, raisins and cabbage together.

Now in a mixer, add yoghurt and salt. Blend it and pour the mixture in the large bowl. Add the grated cabbage in the yoghurt. Chill it in the refrigerator for a while. Once done enjoy your fresh fruit and nut coleslaw.
