  • Chopped Nestle Plaistowe gloomy cooking chocolate          400g
  • Woolworths marshmallows                                                  150g
  • Scotch Finger biscuits broken into large pieces                     150g
  • Chopped Violet Crumble                                                     150g

Easter Ganache Slice Preparation Method

Preparation Method:

First, you have to make a line of 26cm x 16cm in the baking pan with non-stick baking paper. Remember to leave two extended sides in between. Now, you have to liquefy thickened cream and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Keep them over a saucepan of boiling water.

Remember, you should not let the bowl to touch the water. Now, stir that with a metal spoon until it gets soft. Now, you have to take away the bowl but do this very carefully. Now, stir in marshmallows, Scotch Finger biscuits and Violet Crumbles all together. You have to keep on stirring that mixture until it gets properly mixed up. Now, you can spread the mixture into the pan. You can then place this in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours. The main thing is to set the mixture completely. When you see the mixture is set properly, you can serve that by cutting it into required shapes. You can also make beautiful shapes as per your desire.
