Chicken Brown Rice Ingredients
- Long grain brown rice: 2 cups cooked
- Chicken nuggets: 2 cups, cooked
- Lemon juice: 1 tsp
- Soy sauce: 1 tsp
- Cheese: 2 tbsps
- Garlic: 1 clove, finely chopped
- Vegetables: 1 cup onions, green bell peppers, broccoli
- Til seeds: 2 large tbsps
Chicken Brown Rice Preparation Method
- In a pot steam vegetables till just done.
- Add the other ingredients along with the rice and simmer on low heat till rice is cooked.
- Lower heat, add til seeds and cheese and warm till cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
