Working, travelling or relaxing, whatever you do, wherever you are in the world, private medical insurance can no longer be viewed as a luxury, it is now an absolute necessity. Away from your home country, the last thing you will want to do is take a chance on healthcare cover. If we value our health, it must make sense for us to take care of it. Falling ill overseas can be a crippling experience, mentally, physically and financially as many case histories will show. So, why risk it?
