- Inherited Traits: It is vehemently believed that some genes which runs from one generation to another, can affect the person in inheriting diabetes. It is based on blood relationships. - Poor Diet: Research suggests certain foods work against cancer. Like, fruits and vegetables are containing a number of strong anti-oxidants which work against cell damage. Therefore, less consumption of such ingredients may put you at risk of contracting cancer.
Although it is not sure entirely about the exact cause of cancer, research has shown that the above are definite risk factors. Whilst aging is beyond our control if you eat the right foods and do regular exercise you can considerably reduce your risk of developing cancer.
