Miss USA 2015

The Miss USA Pageant will be held in the month of July on 12th. The Competition will feature participants from all 50 districts and includes the District of Columbia. As the event will be the 64th Miss USA Pageant to be held at the venue Baton Rouge River Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The winner of the Miss USA 2015 will represent in Miss Universe 2015 from USA. The crown for the winner of Miss USA 2015 will be crowned by the former Miss USA 2014 Nia Sanchez of Nevada. The event participants will be under three rounds as follows, SwimSuit Round, Interview and Evening Gown. The participants who lead the scoreboard will be crowned as Miss USA 2015.

The date for the competition was announced on March 19th in Despierta America episode. The event is to be broadcasted on NBC and Unimas. The Asian broadcast will be done in Star World with delay in broadcast.

Miss USA contest is a beauty pageant held annually since 1952 to select the beauty mascots of United States through which they can enter into the Miss Universe pageant. The broadcast of the pageant is made available to the viewers of Canada, Europe and the United States on NBC and on Xbox Live.

Place of the Miss USA 2014

Miss USA, the 63rd edition of beauty pageant will take place on June 2014. The venue of the pageant is at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The reigning titleholder of Miss USA 2013, Erin Brady of Connecticut, will crown her successor at the end of Miss USA 2014. The contestants from 50 states of USA and Columbia will compete for the prestigious title of Miss USA.

Competition rounds

Every contestant has to clear the preliminary competition. The competition judges one’s self esteem, poise, style, charm and confidence.  The contestants those who have scored top scores in the preliminary competition including swimsuit, gown, and interview competitions will enter into the final round. The decision of the judges will be final and irrevocable.

Miss USA activities

Once the contestant wins the title of Miss USA, she will represent the United States at Miss Universe 2014. During her reign for a year, her schedule of activities includes raising awareness for breast and ovarian cancer. Miss USA title winners travel to pursue their careers in the entertainment industry.
