Barney and Friends Children TV Show
In the year 1992 Barney & Friends, a children’s television show produced in the United States. Barney character was created by Sheryl Leach of Dallas, Texas in 1987. In the year 1992 Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), debuted series as "Barney & Friends". Lyrick Studios (bought by HIT Entertainment) was the producer of the series "Barney & Friends".
The show was taped for seven years at the ColorDynamics Studios facility at Greenville Avenue & Bethany Drive in Allen, and after moved to The Studios at Las Colinas, Texas. Now currently, the Barney & Friends is produced in a northern suburb of Dallas. "Barney & Friends" TV series and videos are distributed by HIT Entertainment and Lionsgate. WNET is the producer of "Barney & Friends" TV series.
Barney & Friends is now shown in many other countries like Spanish language version produced in Mexico which is called Barney y Sus Amigos.
Barney is the main character in Barney and Friends. Barney comes to life through a child’s imagination as a purple Tyrannosaurus Rex Dinosaur. Baby Bop, B.J and Riff are other main characters of the Barney & Friends.
