History of Kerrang! Awards

Introduction

The Kerrang! Awards are one of Britain's most recognized awards show in the United Kingdom. These awards were founded in 1993 to award the music achievement by the music magazine, Kerrang! And the show is telecasted on Kerrang! TV. To bestow praise and reward on music Kerrang! Awards are awarded every year.

The sponsors of the event for various award categories include many well known international companies like Island Records, Orange Music Electronic Company and Marshall Amplification.

Venue of the event:

The 20th annual awards will take place in Troxy in East London venue on Thursday 13 June. The event features performances by prominent artists and the show will be hosted by the blink-182 legend Mark Hoppus and Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian. The both hosts are excited to debut their hosting skills at this year's event.
