Registrations:
Memberships are non-refundable. Memberships can be transferred to somebody by notifying the convention in writing.
Transfers before the date 3/15/2009 are free. After 03/15/2009 a $2 transfer fee will be charged.
All bad checks will be charged a $25 fee The Con emblem is the property of the convention in anticipation of the end of the convention.
The convention has every right to decline convention membership to any person.
The Convention reserves the right to cast out any person Badge holder releases the convention and WesternSFA from all legal responsibility in the event of accident, injury, or robbery while on convention premises.
You further consent to the use of your image or resemblance secondary or primary to any display, transmission, or reproduction of this event.
